Before you send it

The more specific your message, the faster the answer.

• Lead with the question. Context is useful, but not first.
• Paste the address of the page you are writing about, and the sentence that prompted the message.
• If a page looks broken, say which browser and which device, and send a screenshot if you can.

Commercial enquiries

Write to the same address. We answer commercial enquiries slowly and decline most of them, which is worth knowing before you spend time on a proposal.

Outside what we can help with

We cannot recover an account for you, act as a go between with a third party service, or give advice tailored to your personal circumstances. Diamond Steel Buildings publishes general information about steel buildings, and the legal notice explains where that line sits.

How long a reply takes

We reply by email only, usually inside two working days. There is no phone number, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight.
