Diamond Steel Buildings publishes when there is something to publish. There is no schedule and no filler, and every piece stays in the archive even after we have changed our minds about it.

Diamond Steel Buildings is what happens when you spend enough money getting steel buildings wrong that you start keeping records. The records are the site.

What we publish

• Permits and Codes. Snow load, wind zone, and the permitting quirks that catch first time buyers off guard.
• Building Kits. Prefab kit types, what ships in the crate, and the call between assembling it yourself or hiring it out.
• Use Cases. Garages, workshops, pole barns, and the commercial buildings people actually put steel up for.
• Materials and Specs. Gauge, coatings, insulation, and the specs that matter more than the brochure admits.
• Maintenance and Repairs. Rust prevention, roof repairs, and the upkeep that decides whether a building lasts twenty years or forty.

Each piece sits under exactly one heading. Readers arriving from search mostly land in costs and pricing, permits and codes and building kits, so those sections get looked after first.

How this is put together

Nothing here is written from a search results page. If we have not handled it ourselves or spoken to somebody who has, we leave the topic alone until we have.
